Peshawar Electric Supply Company PESCO is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Lineman ALM. There are a total of 1877 Assistant Lineman positions available.

Vacant Positions:

• ALM is an Assistant Lineman.

Interested applicants must have completed their matriculation. Candidates between the ages of 18 and 30 are eligible for these Matric Base Jobs at PESCO.

• Matriculation is the only qualification required.
• Age range: 18 to 30 years old
• A medical category
• 5 feet 4 inches tall
• 32 inch chest
• Body mass index (BMI):
• Running: 800 meters in 5 minutes
• Pushups/Dunds: 20 in a single attempt in 3 minutes
• Weight Lifting: 30 KG in a Single Attempt
• Digging: 1 Length, Depth, and Width (2 x 2 x 2) Foot Ditch
• Climbing Capabilities: Tower/Ladder Climbing up to 10 Feet Wearing Safety Equipment
• Wire Pulling: In a 100-foot span

Candidates from merged districts (Ex-FATA) are ineligible to apply for ALM positions. The open quota positions will be filled on a district-by-district basis, based on available/allocated vacancies in the relevant district.

The recruitment process will begin with a screening of Physical Parameters, followed by a Written/Skill Test. Those who pass the Skill Test with a minimum of 50% marks will be called for a Physical Test, and finally, those who pass the Physical Test will be called for an interview based on the merit-based score of Skill & Physical Test.
