The Islamabad Electric Supply Company is now hiring young, active, qualified, and motivated persons to work as Assistant Lineman ALM, Driver LTV, Driver HTV, and Assistant Sub Station Attendant.

For this recruitment, eligible applicants from Kotli, Rawalakot, Palundri, Bagh, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Attock, Jhelum, and Chakwal are asked to apply. According to WAPDA rules, quotas for minorities and employees’ children are reserved.

Assistant Sub Station Attendant jobs are only available to residents of Kotli, Rawalakot, Palundri, and Bagh. Applicants who want to apply for this IESCO recruiting must meet the eligibility requirements. Matriculation and related skills are required for eligibility.

Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Lineman Jobs

ALM Jobs 2022 in IESCO are open to candidates who have completed their matriculation. Candidates who meet the educational requirements should also meet the following physical requirements.

• Only Matriculation is required (Minimum & Maximum)
• Age range: 18 to 30 years
• A medical classification
• 5 feet 4 inches tall
• 32 inches in chest
• Weight: According to the BMI (body mass index) chart
• 800 meters in 5 minutes of running
• Pushups/Dundas: 20 in 3 minutes in a single attempt
• Weight Lifting: 30 KG in a Single Attempt
• Digging: 2 x 2 x 2 feet Lenth, Depth, and Width Ditch
• Climbing Skills: Up to 10 feet on a tower/ladder while wearing safety equipment
• Wire Pulling: A 100 feet span of wire was pulled.

No overqualified individuals other than those with the required qualifications are allowed to apply for the position of ALM. Other higher qualifications would be considered disqualifying at any point in the process.

Government employees should apply through the authorized channels. Employees who have been fired from another firm or who have a criminal record are not eligible to work for IESCO. Candidates who are awaiting their results and those who have not received their final marks sheet will not be considered.
