Karachi Shipyard and Engineering Works Limited, abbreviated as KS&EW, is a Pakistani government defence contractor and military corporation based in West Warf, Karachi, Sindh.

KSEW Limited is Pakistan’s first and only shipyard, offering shipbuilding, ship repair, and general heavy engineering equipment. For the Pakistan Navy, it has built cargo ships, oil tankers, tug boats, support vessels, landing craft, ships, and submarines.

It also builds and repairs for a diverse range of customers in Pakistan, including the Pakistan National Shipping Corporation, Karachi Port Trust, Port Qasim Authority, and the private sector.
