Qualifying & Witnessing

A minimum BS degree (16 years of education) or equivalent, ideally in technology, management, public administration and/or public policy.

15 years of experience in education, government, or private sector/civil society culminating at senior levels (heads of regions or divisions), with responsibilities including staff and financial management as well as the successful use of technology

• Higher education familiarity in Pakistan

A detailed record of experience at the greatest degree of professional integrity

Outstanding abilities in written and oral communication
