Eligibility Criteria

Female candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree/Degree Master’s or equivalent degree with 16 years of study and at least 60% marks are eligible to apply for this position.

Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Data Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Mathematics, HR Management, Agriculture Management, Islamic Banking & Finance, Law, Media & Culture Studies, Philosophy, and Physics are all required qualifications.

Bachelors graduating by June 2022 can apply with a temporary transcript until the 7th semester (for Bachelors) or 3rd semester (for Masters), 16 years of education, and the required percentage / CGPA in the first try in the final.

The age limit is 29 years old. Candidates from Northern Areas, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir, GB, and Ex-FATA are given a three-year age relaxation.

The selected persons will be needed to complete Applied Focused Theoretical Training at the National Institute of Banking & Finance NIBAF Islamabad as Trainees after passing the written, physical, psychological, and medical examinations.

Trainees who pass the program will be granted a position as Assistant Director OG-2 at the State Bank of Pakistan.

Compensation Packages

The trainees would be paid a monthly stipend of Rs. 41,000 till they are inducted into the bank. The trainees will be offered a position as Assistant Director OG-2 upon successful completion of the course, with a combined monthly monetized salary of Rs. 82,000 and additional benefits under the OG-2 wage bracket as per Bank Rules.
