CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER CAREER OPPORTUNITY (CEO)
The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has been charged with developing a new planned city that stretches along the revitalised Ravi River, restoring the river’s glory by removing waste, sewage ingress, and preserving the river’s natural fauna and ecosystem.
RUDA is accepting applications for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a three-year contract basis.
Criteria for Eligibility
1. Master’s degree in business administration, management, marketing, human resources, economics, engineering, finance, and accounting, or equivalent, from a reputable foreign or HEC-recognized institution.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 8 years of management experience leading multidisciplinary teams in the construction of mega urban/infrastructure projects at the national level.
3. Leadership experience in major multinational governmental organisations, including overseeing numerous portfolios and implementing key and well-known programmes on a national and international scale.
4. Has good leadership, business process reengineering, startup processes, strategic analysis and management, organisational restructuring, and investment planning expertise.
5. Have completed well-known projects in a variety of fields, including infrastructure, mega high-rises, and housing.
6. Have a thorough understanding of sustainability, green city concepts, and innovative developments, as needed in related national and international projects.
7. Lead the company through the change management process by incorporating emerging technological trends and having a strong understanding of how to form multidisciplinary teams for the advancement of megacities and projects.
