The Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project, Government of the Punjab, has received financing from the World Bank under IDA Credit No. 7041-PK. The PIU intends to utilize a portion of the funds to hire individual consultants for technical roles within the project.

PIU-PULSE now invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified, experienced professionals for the position of Senior Software Engineer as part of the Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement PULSE Jobs 2025 initiative.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

1. Education: Minimum 16 years of education in computer science, IT, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university/institution.
2. Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in the design and management of spatial databases, spatial data systems, and spatial feature modeling.
3. Technical Skills:
   • Proficiency in technologies such as .NET Core, MVC, C#, Python, JavaScript, React/Angular, Node.js, jQuery, and MS SQL Server.
   • Strong command of data structures, APIs, and database security.
4. Geo-AI Integration: Demonstrated capability to integrate Geo-AI models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenAI APIs.
5. Security & Privacy: Comprehensive understanding of software security best practices and data protection standards.
