Peshawar Electric Supply Company PESCO is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Lineman ALM. There are a total of 1877 Assistant Lineman positions available.

Vacant Positions:

ALM is an Assistant Lineman.

Interested applicants must have completed their matriculation. Candidates between the ages of 18 and 30 are eligible for these Matric Base Jobs at PESCO.

Matriculation is the only qualification required.
Age range: 18 to 30 years old

5 feet 4 inches tall
32 inch chest
Body mass index (BMI):
Running: 800 meters in 5 minutes
Pushups/Dunds: 20 in a single attempt in 3 minutes
Weight Lifting: 30 KG in a Single Attempt
Digging: 1 Length, Depth, and Width (2 x 2 x 2) Foot Ditch
Climbing Capabilities: Tower/Ladder Climbing up to 10 Feet Wearing Safety Equipment
Wire Pulling: In a 100-foot span

Candidates from merged districts (Ex-FATA) are ineligible to apply for ALM positions. The open quota positions will be filled on a district-by-district basis, based on available/allocated vacancies in the relevant district.

The recruitment process will begin with a screening of Physical Parameters, followed by a Written/Skill Test. Those who pass the Skill Test with a minimum of 50% marks will be called for a Physical Test, and finally, those who pass the Physical Test will be called for an interview based on the merit-based score of Skill & Physical Test.
