The Pakistani government has obtained a loan from the International Development Association to cover the costs of the Punjab Cities Program, which is being implemented through PMDFC. The program improves the performance of municipal governments that participate in civic management and service delivery.
Head offices and three regional offices will be established in Gujranwala, Faisalabad, and Khanewal under this program to provide technical assistance to municipal committees.
